Saints Hospitality Centre

With all that has been going on in the financial environment, 2010/2011 has and continues to be a difficult time for hospitality with the companies and individual cut backs.  We understand and fully appreciate their position as we as an organization have also had to review our expenditure and try make savings where possible.

The latter part of 2010 was a rather trying time for us, but this was not unique to Saints Hospitality, but the industry as a whole. “The 2010 World Cup” expectations for all industries similar to ours were unfortunately disappointing.

2011 has started off slow, but business is gradually increasing in all areas, especially our private functions. We appreciate and are thankful for the patronage from our long standing associates and welcome our new clients from within our borders and beyond.  Amongst the guests we have hosted recently for the first time was the Public & Allied Worker’s Union of South Africa (PAWUSA).

The overall feedback from our guests has been positive and we have welcomed the negative as it can only help us improve.

With the launch of our website, we foresee this will assist in the marketing of our venue and increase our customer base beyond KwaZulu Natal.  We are presently also researching other means of how we can utilize the World Wide Web to get our name out there.

However despite the challenges we have faced and continue to face, we are keeping our heads up and striving to uphold our business ethics in these difficult financial times.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank our Director and the Board of Management for their continued support and advice.
